Diagnosis
Dorsal shield elongate-elliptical, covered with tubercles. Cephalon semicircular; glabella subrectangular, constricted medially, with three pairs of glabellar furrows; occipital furrow wide and shallow, occipital ring convex, of uniform width; fixigenae narrow, palpebral lobes arcuate and rather long; librigenae wide and convex with wide border and border furrow, genal spines stout and sharp. Thorax of 10 segments; axis convex, tapering gradually backward; pleurae flat with short pleural spines. Pygidium convex, semicircular; axis tapering gradually with rounded end, with 7-8 axial rings and a terminal piece; pleural region sloping toward the border, divided into 6 pleural segments with narrow shallow pleural furrows; border low and flat, border furrow indistinct.
