Diagnosis

This species is rather similar to Burlingia ovata, differing mainly in the wider glabella and thoracic axis, longer palpebral lobes, and 16 thoracic segments. Compared with the type species Burlingia hectori, it has a wider glabella and thoracic axis, longer palpebral lobes, wider librigenae, more thoracic segments, and less curved pleurae.
