Diagnosis

Dorsal shield elongate, hourglass-like. Cephalon semicircular; glabella large, pear-shaped with a prominent front; four pairs of glabellar furrows; palpebral area of the fixed cheek broad; palpebral lobe long; free cheek narrow, genal spine slender and long. Tho Thorax of 16 segments; Anterior 13 segments short pleural segments, almost without pleural spines; Posterior 3 segments with relatively long pleural spines. Pygidium small, broadly oval; Pygidial axis of three rings plus a terminal segment; With two pairs of short marginal spines.
