Diagnosis
This subspecies is extremely similar to R. (P.) Sinensis, including the glabellar shape and the axial spine developed on the 11th thoracic segment, but its lower end of the palpebral lobe is farther from the dorsal furrow and the anterior branch of the facial suture extends more horizontally extension, a greater transverse length of the preocular wing, a cranidial length:width ratio greater than 1:1.5, a thorax of 16 segments, and relatively longer pleural spines.
