Diagnosis
Dorsal shield elongate-oval. Cranidium about as long as wide; glabella barrel-conical, rounded anteriorly, three pairs of glabellar furrows; outer border broad and convex; inner border extremely narrow or absent; preocular wing subtriangular; eye ridge Short; Palpebral lobe long, posterior end close to the glabella; Posterior limb narrow and long; Anterior branch of facial suture at about 60-70 degrees to the cranidial midline; Free cheek broad, genal spines long and stout. Thorax of 15 segments, Gradually narrowing backward; Axis slightly broader than pleural lobes, axial rings with small nodes, 11th segment with a stout, long axial spine; Pleural lobes broad and flat, pleural furrow broad and deep, pleural spines short. Pygidium extremely small and semicircular, with a pair of dome-like prominences.
