Diagnosis
Cephalon semi-elliptical with short genal spines; glabella convex, anterior lobe strongly expanded, three pairs of deep short glabellar furrows; occipital ring with a pair of circular lateral lobes; dorsal furrows wide and deep; eyes large, crescentic. Thorax of 11 segments; axial rings rectangular; pleurae with deep, wide oblique pleural furrows, sloping steeply outward to sharp ends. Pygidium semi-elliptical; axis conical, of 7 rings plus a terminal piece; pleural furrows and ribs distinct; no distinct pygidial border.
Remarks
This species is the type species of the genus Yanhaoia.
