Compared with the type species A. deois, the cephalon is transversely wider and longitudinally shorter, the posterior limb transversely wider, the free cheek wider, and the occipital ring of uniform width without a median protuberance or node; thorax of 8 segments, the anterior two without axial nodes, nodes of segments 3-8 extremely small, the geniculation of the pleural lobes farther from the axial ring, pleural spines more strongly curved backward; pygidium broader overall, pleural regions wider, pleural furrows and ridges less oblique, and the border narrower.
