Diagnosis
Dorsal shield elongate-elliptical. Glabella rectangular, rounded anteriorly, with four pairs of weak glabellar furrows, sides nearly parallel; occipital furrow shallow, occipital ring slightly expanded medially with a small node; outer border narrow and ridge-like, preglabellar field bearing sparse terrace ridges; palpebral lobe of moderate size, narrow, opposite the midlength of the glabella; eye ridge short; fixed cheek narrow; posterior limb broadly triangular Thorax of 8 segments; axis narrow and convex, each axial ring with a short spiny axial node; pleural lobes flat and broad, the outer ends of the pleural ribs curving backward into short pleural spines, pleural furrows deep. Pygidium semicircular or sub triangular; axis conical-convex, long and narrow, reaching the posterior margin, of 6-7 rings plus one terminal piece; pleural lobes broad, both pleural and interpleural furrows deep and distinct; border extremely narrow.
