Diagnosis
Cephalon transversely wide with nearly straight posterior margin, bearing nodes of varying size; glabella strongly convex, subovate, distinctly widening forward, with a pair of extremely small basal lobes; preglabellar field absent; occipital ring narrow; dorsal furrows deep and distinct; cheeks wide and convex; eyes small, in the mid-posterior part of the cheeks. Thorax of 12 segments; axis narrow; pleurae transverse, pleural spines long, with small nodes at the knee-like bends. Pygidium sub- semicircular; axis conical with a postaxial ridge; pleural region faintly divided into 3-4 pairs of pleural segments extended into small spines, each with a node at the knee-like bend.
