Diagnosis

Dorsal shield elongate-elliptical. Glabella subrectangular with four pairs of glabellar furrows, S1 long; preglabellar field long; anterior border pointed medially; palpebral lobes crescentic; eye ridges short; librigenae with wide borders, genal spines stout and long, extending to the anterior margin of the pygidium. Thorax of 8 segments with subparallel margins; axis narrower than pleurae; pleural furrows narrow and oblique, pleural ends bluntly rounded. Pygidium subtriangular to parabolic, anterior margin straight; axis with more than 20 rings, tapering backward to the posterior margin, with three rows of nodes often fused into a ridge-like appearance; pleurae with more than 20 segments; border wide and flat.
