Diagnosis
Dorsal shield long. Cephalon roughly semicircular, intergenal angle distinct; cranidium roughly square; glabella convex, slightly constricted at midlength, pointed anteriorly, glabellar furrows indistinct; occipital furrow narrow; occipital ring moderately long medially; eye ridges gently raised, palpebral lobes short; preglabellar field long longitudinally; anterior border of moderate width, its front margin strongly arched forward; facial suture anterior branches diverging slightly outward, posterior branches directed backward and slightly outward; free cheek small, genal spine short and located anteriorly. Thorax of 13 segments; axis nearly as wide as the pleural lobes, the axial rings of segments 4 and 5 bearing nodes; pleural furrows broad and deep, pleural spines short. Pygid ium small; axis broad; pleurae with three pairs of pleural ribs, short pleural spines projecting from the outer margin.
