Diagnosis

Opisthoparian heteropygous trilobite. Glabella subrectangular, reaching the anterior border furrow, with four pairs of pit-like glabellar furrows, S1 connected by deep transverse furrow; A pair of rounded lateral lobes branching off behind L1; Palpebral lobe of moderate size, located at the middle of the cranidium; Without preglabellar field; Fixed cheek broad; Free cheek narrow, genal spines short. Thorax with seven thoracic segments; Axis narrow; Pleural furrow broad and deep, distal end of pleural segment blunt rounded. Pygidium short and broad, semi-elliptical or rhomboidal.
