Diagnosis
Dorsal shield slender and long. Glabella slightly wider at the base with rounded front, small lateral lobes at the base, 4 pairs of glabellar furrows; preglabellar field medium-long; anterior border narrow, ridge-like and concave; eye ridges nearly horizontal; palpebral lobes medium-sized; librigenae wide with slender long genal spines. Thorax of 28 segments, axis narrow, less than half the pleural region. Pygidium small, fish-tail-shaped.
Remarks
Lu et al. (1990) assigned this species to Hedinaspis shengi; however, this species lacks oblique eye ridges, differing considerably from H. shengi.
