Diagnosis

Dorsal shield long-ovate with slightly pointed ends, cephalon, thorax and pygidium subequal in length. Cephalon semicircular; glabella rounded anteriorly, slightly constricted medially; occipital furrow faint; eyes medium-sized, close to the glabella; librigenae wide with rather blunt genal angles. Thorax of 8 segments of uniform width; axis slightly tapering backward; pleural furrows deep, slightly rhomboidal, pleural ends rounded. Pygidium subtriangular; axis subconical with 7 rings plus a terminal piece; pleural furrows wide, interpleural furrows faintly visible only on the anterior two or three segments; border wide and flat.
