Diagnosis
Cephalon and pygidium subequal, both semicircular. Glabella subsquare, widening anteriorly; glabellar and occipital furrows absent; palpebral lobes large, at the middle of the cranidium; librigenae medium-wide with rounded genal angles. Thorax of 8 segments; axis narrower than pleurae; pleural spines absent. Pygidial axis faint, short-conical; pleural region smooth; pygidial border absent (the border shown on some specimens is actually the doublure).
