Diagnosis
Cephalon subsemi-elliptical; glabella convex, converging forward into a rounded front; a weak median node at the anterior one-third of the glabellar length; two pairs of shallow glabellar furrows, one pair being slightly convergent, narrow longitudinal furrows, the other pair subcircular pits; palpebral lobes narrow band-like, separated from the glabella by narrow distinct dorsal furrows; eyes separated anteriorly by the glabella, elongate-ovate, narrowing forward, of about 24 longitudinal rows of polygonal lenses. Thorax of five segments, axis very wide, gently narrowing backward. Pygidium semi-elliptical; axis conical, gently convex, unsegmented apart from a narrow articulating half-ring and a distinct half-ring furrow; pleural lobes gently convex; border furrow wide and shallow laterally, disappearing behind the axis; border low and gentle.
