Diagnosis

Cranidium sub-trapezoidal; glabella large, elongate-conical, moderately tapering forward, rounded anteriorly, three pairs of glabellar furrows; occipital ring with a node; palpebral lobe large and arcuate; eye ridge short; palpebral area of fixed cheek nar Narrow; Anterior border narrow (longitudinally), preglabellar field absent. Thorax of 13 segments; Axis and pleural lobes subequal in width, each ring with axial node; Pleural furrow broad and deep, pleural spines short. Pygidial axis broad, four rings plus row. Thorax of 13 segments; axis nearly as wide as the pleural lobes, each segment with an axial node; pleural furrows broad and deep, pleural spines short. Pygidium with a broad axis of 4 rings plus a terminal piece; pleurae with 3 pairs of ribs, the anterior two pairs with small pleural spines directed outward and backward, the last pair with a single extremely long and stout spine directed outward and backward.
