Diagnosis
Isopygous proparian trilobite, axis narrow, surface ornamented with dense tubercles. Glabella long and narrow, distinctly expanding outward at midlength, reaching the anterior margin of the cephalon, its sides bounded and curved by the dorsal furrow; Curved; Three pairs of glabellar furrows, S1-S3 connected by shallow transverse and deep longitudinal furrows; Palpebral lobe small, located at the anterior part of the cranidium; Preocular and ocular areas of fixed cheek short and narrow, posterior part quite long and broad; free cheek narrow. Thorax of only 2 segments; pleural furrows narrow, pleural ribs bluntly rounded terminally. Pygidium semi-elliptical, as long as or slightly longer than the cephalon, axis of 7 rings.
